By creating an account or using Young & Well (the "Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, use of the Platform requires a parent or guardian's permission.
Donations to Young & Well support the ministry and are non-refundable. Recurring monthly gifts continue until you cancel — you can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. We are not currently a registered 501(c)(3); donations are not tax-deductible unless we explicitly say so in writing.
The Platform includes shared spaces (encouragement feed, groups, event RSVPs, comments). You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Short version: be real, be respectful, no hate, no spam, no proselytizing for cults, no illegal content. We can remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Young & Well a non-exclusive license to display, share, and moderate your content within the Platform and, where you post publicly (e.g. the encouragement feed), to share excerpts on our social channels with attribution.
Bible studies, devotionals, artwork, videos, and the Young & Well name and logo are owned by us. You can use them personally and share links, but don't repackage or sell them without permission.
Some Bible studies and devotionals are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publishing. We hold every scripture and interpretation to the standard of the canonized 66-book Protestant Bible. If you spot an error, tell us.
You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.
The Platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Young & Well is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal — continued use means you accept the new terms.
